Join us this Thursday at 7:00 PM on 2nd Avenue Beach in Asbury Park for “Ode to Pachamama”, a site-specific performance honoring Mother Earth.

As the sun sets and the full moon rises, we will gather by the ocean to celebrate our sacred connection to nature through movement, meditation, music, and sound healing.

Honoring the wisdom of my ancestors, the Muisca people of the Andes Mountains in Colombia, who lived in deep reverence for the Earth and the natural world, this performance is a heartfelt offering of gratitude. Their wisdom reminds us that we are not separate from nature—we are part of her.

Together we’ll honor the wind, the water, the sand beneath our feet, the sun and the moon above us in an evening of gratitude, reflection, and healing.

This is a beautiful moment of renewal, balance, and new beginnings. As the light returns and nature begins to bloom, we’ll gather together as a community to breathe, reset, and invite positive energy for the season ahead.

We will be surrounded by a stunning art installation “Perennial Plague” created by & .hoffer allowing creativity, reflection, and community energy to guide our meditation experience and sound healing.

One of my favorite parts of training clients is ending our strength session with hands-on stretching and traction work. After lifting, your muscles are warm, open, and ready to lengthen — the perfect time to create more space in the joints, improve mobility, and release deep tension.

Flexibility isn’t just about touching your toes.
It’s about:

• Easier movement
• Faster recovery
• A more balanced mind and body
