ALL DAY LONG- just mention you're with KDD and 20% of your bill will be donated back to our school. This is our last restaurant night of the school year so come and support KDD- Dine In or Take Out! Come support KDD by shopping at our Spring Clothing Sale Saturday, April 18th from 8:00am-2:00pm. We hope to see you there!

We are accepting donations beginning on Monday April 13th through April 17th. We accept gently-used children's clothing, toys, games, books, and equipment. This year we are also featuring a Boutique Section for premium brands and high-end Women's and Children's items. We cannot accept any cribs, car seats, booster seats, bouncers, or anything with a strap.. Please bring all donations to the fellowship center.

The reduction was a remarkable seventy-three percent, offering an alternative perspective on managing early behavioral challenges.

What makes this finding striking is that the improvement didn’t come from medication, strict rules, or intensive interventions. It stemmed from giving children extra time to develop cognitive, emotional, and social skills before entering a formal classroom setting. This additional year allows the brain to mature, improving attention control, self-regulation, and executive function.

Early childhood development isn’t uniform—some children benefit from extra time to build focus and coping skills. Parents and educators can consider readiness factors beyond age alone, like emotional resilience, communication skills, and social confidence, to determine the optimal time for school entry.
