I'd like to extend a proper thank you for the gift bag. I'm embarrassed to admit I don't recall who brought if for me amidst the craziness at baggage claim. I hope you'll step forward so I can thank you more appropriately. It was a perfect following to dinner Friday night and a compliment to watching the Bronco game tonight. Thank you for your kindness!!!

Here's the response about the bed bug alert:

I receive alert messages when I travel. I travel a lot for work. I cannot locate the exact email with the article/report, but the United baggage claim was the worst- we flew Southwest. The problem is not just the international carousels within baggage claim. When people stay in hotels they are NOT supposed to put luggage on the bed, in case it is infected with bed bugs. Luggage that hides bed bugs ends up on the baggage claim carousels. It is important to put clothes in the washer and in the dryer immediately and never put the suitcase on your bed to unpack...
I will continue looking for the article which named DIA baggage claim as one of the top 5 for bed bug infestation. The article I received was in the last 2 years.

Day four boat trip

Again there are lots of duplicates, but it's so hard to delete pictures of them having so much fun. I tried really hard to get close ups of everyone, but the second group didn't catch many waves making it difficult to capture them so far out. I gave up after my legs became numb standing in the water. Sorry I couldn't catch them all! :-(

A parent informed me she received an alert that the luggage carousel has a bed bug infestation. You want to empty everything out if the bags before bringing them in the house and put directly in washing machine on hot hot hot and dry hot. Luggage will need to be treated as well. Scrub, vacuum, steam clean, use pesticide specifically for bed bugs. Fun!!!

The sea campers have landed!

25 sea stars tucked in on a plane, and one school psychologist still feeling sane!! See you all at baggage claim soon.

If you have not checked in your kiddos for tomorrow's flight, please do so! :-) Will post pictures from today a bit later. They had a good time snorkeling today for the most part, despite a LARGE portion of the people on the boat getting seasick and feeding the fish. Whale watching did not turn up any whales, but we came across a HUGE pod of dolphins jumping way high out of the water. I am eager to post the video, but the shower calls. We'll see you all in a little over 24 hours!! The kids are having a blast, but I'm sure will be happy to see you.
