Little Elementary is hosting its annual Community Fair & Farmer’s Market. This is a celebration of our community; highlighting our garden’s autumn harvest and a chance for our students and families to share their talents and interests! We can support our local small businesses, and enjoy the bounty of our school and community garden.

We are seeking students with an entrepreneurial spirit who want to sell items they create, families who might have something fun they want to sell, and small business owners that want to highlight their services and/or sell their goods. Any money you make is yours to keep.

If you are interested in having a booth, we are asking for a small registration fee that will go to support the Little Sprouts Community Garden.

*5th graders can choose to have their own booth or to help with the garden, but not both.

Students Market Booth:
Registration fee - $5
This will provide you with a table and spot at our market.

Booth Examples: friendship bracelets, art, baked goods, homemade bookmarks, mason jar bouquets
Use your imagination! We can’t wait to see what you make!

*If a student wants to host a booth, they must have an adult sponsor with them during the entire fair.

Family/Business Market Booth:
Registration fee - $10
This will provide you with a table (should you need one) and a spot at our market.

Chili Cook-Off: As a bonus this year, the Garden is also hosting its annual Chili Cook Off at the same time. There will prizes for the top 3 chilis, special guest judges, games, and garden activities.

PTSA is hosting an event! Please join the wonderful community of Lake Arbor and Little Elementary School in celebrating the new school year at the Lake Arbor Pool. Any and all are welcome so bring a friend, bring a snack, and share in the fun.
Students must be accompanied by their adult.
Admission is $4.50/person.
Bring your own food. Glass containers and alcohol are prohibited. PTSA will provide popsicles.
Lake Arbor Swimming Pool
4:30 PM-7 PM

An Out-of-This-World Community Evening!

Get ready to look up and be amazed! Join us for a celestial celebration in the garden as Little Sprouts Garden and Standley Lake Stargazing team up to bring you an evening of cosmic discovery. This is a free community event designed for stargazers of all ages to enjoy the beauty of the night sky in a fun, welcoming atmosphere.

Date: August 29th.
Time: 7:30 PM – 9:30 PM.
Location: Little Sprouts Garden.
Cost: Free Community Event!

What’s Happening Under the Stars?

Peer through high-powered telescopes provided by Standley Lake Stargazing to see planets, stars, and distant galaxies.

Get creative with our "tasty" craft! Use marshmallows and toothpicks to build your own versions of famous constellations.

Enjoy a variety of space-themed games and garden activities perfect for the whole family.

Connect with neighbors and fellow space enthusiasts in the beautiful, low-light setting of the garden.

Prepare for the Journey
To make the most of your evening, we recommend dressing in layers and bringing a red light for the low-light setting. Whether you're a seasoned astronomer or just curious about what's "out there," there's something for everyone to enjoy under the vast Colorado sky.
