The week before Spring Break calls for Scavenger Hunt Piano lessons! Today my students either did a Star Wars themed Scavenger Hunt or a Stuffed Animal themed one! Here are a few pictures of what we did today!

So, for Halloween, I asked my students to dress up in their Halloween costumes and record themselves playing something they learned in their lessons! Then, I thought it was only fair for me to do it too.....so I hope you all enjoy Winnie the Pooh playing Ondine by Debussy! (By the way, this piece is about a siren that is trying to eat a man. Doesn't get any more Halloweeny than that😂😂)

This week I started an art challenge for my students!! There are no restrictions to what the student creates, but it has to incorporate things they are learning in their lessons. My student, Gia Doll, created this super cool work of art! She had to incorporate a staff, quarter and half notes, and a favorite instrument! I think she did an amazing job!!! Great job Gia!!!
