Would your kiddo be interested in hands-on farm learning, gaining real experience on what it takes to operate a working farm?

Join our Junior Farmer SPIN (Special Interest) club with leader, Brad Ingram, at Country Learning Center in Tuscola!

The club kicks off October 18 at 2pm and will meet through May 2027.

Help Us Continue to Grow 4-H Shooting Sports! 🎯

We're looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join our amazing 4-H Shooting Sports team and help provide safe, educational, and fun experiences for local youth!

A 4-H Shooting Sports Leader Certification Training will be held at 4-H Memorial Camp in Monticello on October 24. The registration deadline is October 20.

✅ Training cost is covered
✅ Lunch is provided
✅ No experience teaching youth is required

Moultrie-Douglas 4-H has 34 amazing 4-H leaders and volunteers who give selflessly to our 4-H program for the benefit of our 185 youth who take part in our 4-H community and SPIN (special interest) clubs!
We could not do what we do and reach who we reach without these special people who selflessly give their time, talents, and energies with the goal of pouring in to the next generation!
Our leaders got together last week for a new 4-H year kick off meeting!
We played, laughed, and strategized for the future!
Our commmunities, families, and kids are thankful for each of you!

What a great day at the U of I Vet Med Open House! We enjoyed exploring hands-on exhibits, learning about animal health and veterinary careers, and seeing all the amazing opportunities available through the College of Veterinary Medicine. Two stellar 4-H members were recognized by the Tuscola Rotary back to back months as the student of the month!
Tuscola Barnyard 4-H members Nicole Tschopp and Christy Kerner were recognized with this honor during the months of September and October.
Nicole serves as her 4-H club's president and Christy serves as vice president.
Congratulations to Nicole and Christy! 🎉

Support Local 4-H Youth While Enjoying a Delicious Meal!
The Arcola Purple Ribbon Riders, Tuscola Barnyard 4-H Club, Mo-Do Explorers 4-H Club, and Villa Grove Grover Clovers 4-H Club invites you to our Moultrie-Douglas 4-H Pork Chop Drive Through on Sunday, November 15, 2026, from 11:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. at the Tuscola Moose Lodge

🍽️ Meal Includes:
✅ Pork Chop
✅ Baked Potato
✅ Green Beans
✅ Roll & Butter

🎟️ Tickets are just $15 each!

All proceeds will support 2027 fair activities and awards for our 185 Moultrie-Douglas 4-H members. Your support helps provide meaningful opportunities, recognition, and experiences for local during the summer fair season.
