🚘UPDATED MORNING DROP OFF PROCEDURES🚘

⭐️Remember, before leaving the house, do your own health check on your student. If you’re not sure, play it safe, stay home, attend virtually for the day.

⭐️Are you currently experiencing, or recently experienced, any acute respiratory illness symptoms; ie. fever, cough, sore throat, fatigue or shortness of breath, body aches, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of taste or smell?

⭐️Have you been in close contact with any persons who has been confirmed positive for COVID-19 or anyone who has traveled and is also exhibiting acute respiratory illness symptoms?

⭐️Only come at your designated drop off time. This will prevent a backup in traffic.

⭐️If your heater is on, turn it off a couple of minutes before arriving at the school so the staff members can get an accurate temperature reading.

⭐️When you arrive to the campus parking lot, follow the directions of the staff members.

⭐️Once in the drop off zone, PARK your vehicle when the staff member approaches.

⭐️For the safety of the students and staff, do NOT drive and/or move your vehicle until told to do so by a staff member.

⭐️To make the process move more efficiently, tell the staff member the last name, first name and grade of your student IMMEDIATELY.

⭐️Parents do not exit your vehicle to help your student with their belongings. Instead have your student’s belongings in an easy accessible area so that exiting can be quick and efficient.

⭐️After your student has answered the questionnaire and temperature check with the staff member they can exit the vehicle.

Hey Chargers!

What a year it has been!

Thank you to all the families who continued to work with us and kept a Charger-like attitude over this past year! Tomorrow is the big day! TK- 4th grade we are back on campus! + middle school after spring break!

In this video you can see how we have adjusted to in-person learning and all the pre-cautions we have been working on!

Reminders:
-do a health check at home before jumping in your car!
-drink plenty of water!
-get a good nights rest!
-eat a healthy breakfast!
-wear your mask and make sure it is cleaned!

We can't wait to see you all tomorrow!!!

Please fill out the General Parent Meeting Presentation Questionnaire by TOMORROW, Friday March 12th by 6pm.

If you do not turn in the questionnaire you will be charged for missing the General Parent Meeting and your child will be participating in distanced learning for the remainder of the year.
