Join Elizabeth Marquez today at 5:30 for dance fitness!!!

As we step into September here are a few changes!
Starting this week I will be out for most of September. My procedure is no longer tomorrow ( Aug 31st) it got changed to next week, but I still have to take it easy this week. This means I will be out an extra week. 😢😢 but great news my amazing sister-in-law will be taking over Tuesday and Thursdays at 5:30-6:30pm. This class will be at the New Artesia Recreation Center. Still $5 a person.

She teaches dance fitness, it is a little different than zumba but still such a fun, great workout. Below are photos of her playlist, just a little look into what to expect.

I will be back in no time, and when I am back I will be moving to Monday and Wednesday at 5:30pm.

I am blessed with the the best family. They may not be able to make my class all of the time but they always show up for important classes. They even showed up in matching shirts!!! My village!! My mom, brother 2 sits, and my niece.

Also so thankful to my husband (not pictured). He never complains about all the time I put into zumba. He knows how important it is for me and that means so much.

And my bestie!!! She NEVER lets me down and even showed up with a delicious tea for everyone after class. Moss, Moon, and Meadow Tea Co.
