PARENTAL CONSENT FOR BAPTISM

We are excited about your child’s desire to be baptized at our church. However, it is our desire to be sensitive to you, the parent. Therefore, we are asking for your permission to baptize your child/children. Trinity Temple Assembly of God exercises biblical baptism. Biblical baptism is full submersion under water, which serves as a symbolic expression of one’s faith in Christ and identifying with Christ’s death, burial and resurrection. Baptism is only done for those who have already prayed to surrender to Christ. We follow the Bible dictate to “Repent and be Baptized.
This form must be completed before any child age 17 or under can be baptized at Trinity Temple Assembly of God. Please bring this form with you when you come to be baptized.

Come early tonight for pizza and fellowship before service.Tonight is the last night of our revival services with Jason Stidham. The youth will be in the main service and their will be no busses running. We look forward to seeing you here. Come expecting God to do something new in your life.

Just a quick reminder today is clean up day at the edge we're going to show up at 2 o'clock and do a thorough cleaning after which we will have pizza and a movie I hope to see you there

The lock-in will be Friday Aug 7 beginning at 6pm and ending Sat morning at 6am.
We will have pizza, games, a midnight worship service and stupid fun games all night long. Come join us for a great time of fun and fellowship as we Rock In at the Lock-.In.
