The Reflective Horse The Reflective Horse offers unique opportunities for self-development and exploration, through partnering with free-roaming horses.

Horses pure, non-judgmental, compassionate reflection encourages us to live in connection with our true, empowered selves. The Reflective Horse® provides Equine Guided Empowerment®, Somatic Reprogramming® and Somatic Riding®, lead by Cassandra Ogier CEGE, and a passionate group of TRH Mastery Alumni. At The Reflective Horse, we offer an experience beyond the cognitive, providing an opportunity for self-reflection through the clear, un-biased, non-judgmental eyes of a horse. Horses serve as a spiritual coach or Master, guiding us to a deep grounding and peace of mind. Showing us how to live in the present, attuned to our natural state of connectivity and true expression. They mirror how we see ourselves, not just with heightened objectivity but also with great compassion and forgiveness. An immersive practitioner training for those called to deepen their capacity to facilitate in partnership with free-roaming horses.

TRH Mastery is where the foundations of The Reflective Horse® are embodied, practiced, and transmitted through direct experience — with horses, within community, and through the development of your own unique expression as a facilitator. The program can also complement or elevate an existing practice in horse and healing-related fields.

Over eight months, you’ll explore:
• Trauma-informed practice, somatics & embodied awareness
• Equine-guided facilitation & insight-based coaching
• Herd dynamics, deep listening & relational attunement
• The principles and practices of Equine Guided Empowerment® and Somatic Reprogramming®
• The art of creating the conditions in which curiosity can emerge
• Developing your own voice, presence and foundational practice

Cassandra Ogier, The Reflective Horse® Founder & CEO talks on what TRH Mastery Program means to her.

If you are feeling the call to professional Equine Guided Empowerment® facilitation with free-roaming horses as partners and allies, or want to expand your already existing equine assisted practice, TRH Mastery Program does not train practitioners to replicate a method. It cultivates practitioners capable of expressing their own authentic work from a shared foundation of ethics, embodiment, and partnership.

The Mastery program is segmented into three immersive 5-6 day in-person modules and supplemented through inspirational guest webinars, impeccable facilitation and hands-on coaching with Cassandra & TRH Faculty to ensure that the experience brings a grounded understanding of Equine Guided Empowerment® from the inside out. The culmination is an embodied, lived experience of the practice and the means by which each facilitator can apply their unique individuality to their professional life and work.

What are we — knowingly or unknowingly — asking horses to carry when we involve them in our processes of healing, therapy, and self-development? Join us live,
for a conversation exploring the ethics of equine therapy in its many forms. Together, we’ll examine how horses can support human healing and awakening in ways that honor their autonomy and wellbeing — placing their needs and agency at the center of the relationship.
