Our students learned about Incident Command Systems and Mass Casualty Incidents this week. The EMT students were able to apply what they learned using Disaster Management Systems START and JumpSTART triage kits and paramedics were able to apply and practice with our Simulated Patient actors. The EMS Department has creative, innovative and dedicated instructors who put a lot of time, thought and energy into these activities.

Congratulations to Police Academy #31 on completing the academy at AACC!

Congratulations to our Spring EMT cohort!

Over the past 16 weeks, these dedicated students have worked hard to develop the knowledge, skills, and professionalism needed to become prehospital clinicians. Many have already successfully passed both their NREMT exam and state practical testing and will soon be serving communities as EMTs.
