Care Connections offers a 13-week, GriefShare Support Group on Tuesdays (starting June 23) from 9:30 -11:30 am at Care Connections to help those who have lost someone close to them. This support group is free and open to all, and new attendees are welcome any time. Call Lauren at 636.224.8137 with any questions or to register.

"Cast" means to fully transfer the weight so you are no longer carrying something . . . it's a complete release. The problem is we never actually release our worries to God. We include Him. We trust Him with the words while still carrying the burden. It sounds more like, "God, this is no longer mine to carry" instead of "God, please help me with this." This week, cast--really cast--all your cares on Him. God will hold it all for you.

This month, we're collecting food and other necessities for the Gateway Food Pantry (formerly Arnold Food Pantry). Thank you in advance for your generosity!
