Lifelong Learning is part of the School of Continuing and Professional Education. Our classes are:
• Non-credit, for personal interest and career preparation.
• Offered to adult students over the age of 16 and for children through our Kids in College program.
• Designed for” today’s” learners. They are offered in a variety of formats: classroom, online and at special sites like museums. What subje

ARTS, CAREER EXPLORATION, CRAFTS, DANCE, FITNESS, HEALTH, HISTORY AND HERITAGE, HOME AND GARDEN, LANGUAGES , MARTIAL ARTS, MUSIC , PERSONAL FINANCE, PHOTOGRAPHY, SIGN LANGUAGE , TEST PREP, WRITING, AND WOMEN’S TOPICS. How do I find AACC’s Lifelong Learning classes? Check out our catalogues online: http://www.aacc.edu/noncredit/. Do I need to have a copy of my transcript in order to enroll in Lifelong Learning classes? No, you just register for the class you want to take. No transcripts, diplomas or resumes are necessary. How do I register for a class? Chose your method of registration from the ones listed on http://www.aacc.edu/noncredit/ or just download a registration form here:http://www.aacc.edu/noncredit/file/noncreditregistrationform.pdf and send, fax or email a scanned copy of the completed form. Where are classes held? In addition to our Arnold, Glen Burnie and Arundel Mills locations, classes are classes also held at area high schools or special designated locations. AACC is adding multifactor authentication (MFA) to protect your student account. Take a few minutes now to check your phone number and set up your MFA methods, so you can access your accounts without interruption.

Get instructions at aacc.edu/resources/technology/multifactor-authentication. Contact the Technical Service Desk at 410-777-4357 (HELP) if you need support. Interpretation services are available if you need language support.

AACC now uses multifactor authentication (MFA) to help keep your account secure. MFA is a quick extra step, like a text message, phone call or app notification, that helps confirm it’s really you signing in. It’s similar to the type of security your bank and social apps may use.

Before spring break, the Peer Learning Partnership (PLP) celebrated the special milestone of Mel Bender's 100th birthday. Mel has facilitated more than 20 PLP courses and has a special interest in U.S. Constitutional law, the history of the American Revolutionary period and poetry. For the last 17 years, he also has been active as a board member and leader of the Educational Outreach Committee.
