Congratulations! Victor!

Congratulations to Victor Aigbedion, who is the first dual-enrolled high school student to be named a DREAM Scholar by Achieving the Dream! 🎉 Victor attends Glen Burnie High School and AACC.

"I see this as not only an award for myself, but an opportunity to inspire other students like me, who feel like they don’t have a voice and to show them that leadership and success are not tied to a single background or skin color.”
