Congratulations to the Penn State Alumni Association Annapolis Chapter and the Central Maryland Chapter on receiving the Fundraising Award at today’s Penn State Alumni Association Volunteer Awards Ceremony! 🦁💙🤍

This honor recognizes the success of our collaborative THON® fundraiser held in February, where our two chapters came together to raise funds for Four Diamonds in support of children battling pediatric cancer and their families.

Thank you to everyone who helped make a difference. Together, we’re continuing the Penn State tradition of giving back and making an impact.

What a night! 🎉💙

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who joined us to celebrate the 30th Anniversary of the Penn State Annapolis Alumni Chapter with an unforgettable 90s-themed party! From the music and games, to the laughter and Penn State pride, it was a truly special evening celebrating a chapter that began in 1996.

Special thanks to Jefferson Holland, Class of ‘76, Chesapeake Troubadour & Poet Laureate of Annapolis, for sharing his incredible poetry, stories, and musical performance that perfectly captured the spirit of the Chesapeake and our community.

Thank you to our DJ of the night, Jim Cropper, for keeping the music going all night with the best 90s hits and throwback favorites! 🎶

We’re also incredibly grateful to Metropolitan Kitchen and Lounge for hosting such a fantastic event and helping make the evening so memorable.

And thank you to Kent Island Resort for generously donating gift cards for our anniversary prizes!
