Tomorrow we welcome a new officer to my crew. What better way to do that than with 12 pounds of smoked buffalo wings. The large crock pot is filled with traditional smoked buffalo wings. The smaller pot is filled with hot honey buffalo wings. Hope they all enjoy them.

So this morning I made a little breakfast. We were at Costco and we found this amazing looking Blueberry Sourdough. Tiffany Houston saw it and instantly envisioned French Toast. So that's exactly what I prepared this morning.

Blueberry Sourdough French Toast, with applewood smoked thick cut bacon, and maple sausage links.

P.S. No I wasn't able to finish it all. But Damn it was good!

Tried something new-to-us the other night. S'mores tacos!! Wowza was so easy and super delicious.

What's a fun and fairly inexpensive meal when you have company swing by????????

Beef fried rice with some killer hand made egg rolls! No we didnt make the egg rolls but our friend Sara Lee made them and theu were amazing. Unfortunately we are all out.

This time I made a lasagna while using an amazing foot long spiral pasta. I won't lie it turned out far better than I expected it to. What do you think?

We had brownies with peanut butter chips as well as carrot cake cookie sandwiches for dessert with the BBQ yesterday.

Made a variety of meats for today.
1. Buffalo Ribs which are a huge hit around here.
2. Smoked all beef hot dogs
3. Smoked burgers
4. Grilled beef and peppers Kabobs
5. Grilled Hawaiian pork with pineapple and peppers kabobs.

With all of this food prepared believe it or not there was only a few burgers and 2 hotdogs.

It was such a beautiful day. So when its pretty out I love to cook outside. So I prepared a Double Smoked Ham with a cherry and Buffalo Trace glaze, served with creamy mashed cauliflower.

Creamy Italian chopped salad with pan fried chicken thighs for dinner tonight. Was fun to have both of us in the kitchen tonight!!

Carrot cake cookies with crushed walnuts sandwiched together with whipped cream cheese frosting. All boxed up and ready for the hubs to take to work tomorrow!
