Our new fiber laser arrived yesterday. This purchase was made possible thanks to grants from the Emmet County Foundation and TC Energy. This laser will give our students at North Union learning opportunities that are not available at other schools in our area. Thank you to Armstrong Service Center for the use of their lull and Brian Obbink for the fork extensions to unload this equipment.

As we prepare for this season of robotics we would like to thank last years sponsors; Armstrong Building Supply, Wilson Insurance Services, Snap-on, and Doolittle's Carpet & Paint. It takes the financial support of our local businesses to have a competitive FIRST Robotics Competition team. If you would like to sponsor this years team you can message us or give Chris Stevens a call at 515-538-0653. We would love to have your support.

Looking for speakers! We are looking for several people to come talk to classes about their career choice. I will be looking for several people to come talk to classes throughout the year but right now I am looking for someone to students in the following areas; welding and carpentry/construction. These could be an individual or a company. Are you a business looking to recruit future employees this would a great opportunity to talk to students about what your company does.
