Tonight, some of the girls were able to attend the Armada Township meeting to be honored for winning their state championship. A huge thank you to Mr. Steve Nikkel for the very heartfelt proclamation. It was greatly appreciated by everybody in the program. 🥎🧡🖤

Local high school football teams finally hit the gridiron Monday, Aug. 10, as practice officially opened for the 2026 MHSAA season.

It’s time, Tigers! High School Fall Sports officially begin TODAY!

📋 IMPORTANT — PHYSICALS REQUIRED

If your child is trying out for a fall sport, they MUST have a completed physical uploaded to Final Forms OR bring a completed physical with them to tryouts today.

⚠️ Please make sure ALL sections of the physical are completed. Incomplete physicals cannot be accepted.

💳 PAY-TO-PLAY FEE — FRESHMEN

If you have a freshman athlete, you will not be able to pay the Pay-to-Play fee through eFunds yet while the system is being updated for the new school year.

Please hang tight! We will let you know as soon as eFunds has been updated and payments can be made.

If you would rather pay by check, you may turn your payment in to the High School Office.

🐅 Fall Sports Reminder: Complete Your Physical Before Tryouts!

Fall sports are just around the corner! All students planning to try out for a middle school or high school sport must have a current sports physical uploaded to FinalForms before the first day of tryouts or official practice. Complete your forms today by logging into FinalForms:

🏈 High School Athletes: Upload your physical to FinalForms before August 10.
🏐 Middle School Athletes: Upload your physical to FinalForms before August 17.

🏈 High School Football

The first week of official football practice begins August 10 and will run 8:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Be sure your physical is completed and uploaded before the first day of practice.

🏐 High School Volleyball

Tryouts will be held August 10, 11, and 12 from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. in the Armada High School Main Gym.

🏃 Cross Country

Interested in joining the team? The first official practice for both High School and Middle School Cross Country begins August 17. Please email [email protected] so we can add you to the Band app and keep you informed.

🏈 Middle School Football

The first official day of practice is August 17 at 6:00 p.m. If your child is interested in playing and you have not yet been added to the Band app, please email [email protected] so we can get you connected before the season begins.
