This Summer's Mini Camp schedule at D-BAT Arlington ⚾️
Registration opened today, and with only 6 spots available per session, these will fill quickly.
📅 Tuesdays | June 9 – July 28
🚫 No camp June 16
👦 Ages 7–10
💲 $40 per session
Players will work on hitting, fielding, and fundamentals in a small group environment built for quality reps and fun.

2PM–4PM | 4PM–6PM | 7PM–9PM

🥎⚾ Step Back Drill ⚾🥎
One of the best drills for teaching hitters how to move with rhythm and create better momentum through the swing.
Instead of simply standing still and swinging, hitters start by stepping back with the back leg…then gather and drive forward into the swing.
Why it works:
• Helps players feel athletic and explosive
• Encourages better weight transfer
• Builds rhythm and timing
• Prevents hitters from getting stuck flat-footed
• Helps create more powerful lower half movement
Good swings start from the ground up…and this drill helps hitters learn how to move efficiently and attack the baseball with intent. 🔥
