Fielder Early Childhood Center Fielder Church's Early Childhood Center The Early Childhood Center is a ministry of Fielder Church.

The director, teachers and support staff are dedicated to Christian principles and values in dealing with children and their needs. Our philosophy maintains that all preschoolers need to grow spiritually, mentally, socially and physically. We are committed to the task of helping each child become aware of God and Jesus so that they can be rooted in faith and love from an early age. We believe that

children learn from watching, hearing and modeling; therefore, every staff member and teacher is aware of the role they play in the Christian development of our young children
