The Sibley County Auditor-Treasurer's Office is offering extended early voting hours before Election Day:

🗓️ Saturday, August 8
⏰ 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

🗓️ Monday, August 10
⏰ 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Minnesota law allows any eligible voter to vote early for any reason—no excuse is needed!

While you're here, you can:

It's been a long road, though the vote to restore the Arlington/Sibley East Pool will finally be on the Tuesday, August 11, 2026 Primary Election Ballot.

Don't forget about the Education Operating Levy on the Tuesday, November 3, 2026 General Election Ballot!!

Aug 11 for the Pool, Nov 3 for the School!! Let's go!!!

During the 2026 Minnesota Primary, homeowners in Arlington, Ga***rd and Green Isle will have an important decision to make on Tuesday, Aug. 11, whether to repair the Sibley East Pool or close it forever.

Some good, neutral information on both votes coming up! While we strongly encourage you to vote YES to both, it's up to you to weigh the FACTS. The fact is we're living in some unprecedented times of inflation rising, cost of living rising, and cuts from the Federal/State governments. While things are looking gloom in the present, I look to the future with bright eyes with these two opportunities to invest in our community's future to reenergize Sibley East.

It's been great getting to talk to everyone at the fair this week and spread some accurate information about the two school votes coming up! It's wild how stories get carried away on Facebook. 😅

Top questions have been "can I review the inspection?" and "how much will this raise property taxes?". Both are available in this page's history, though I'll also repost here for folks.
