Project Leads like Jonathan (HBS, BCG) are experienced consultants who mentor Beacon Fellows during their project. In addition to equipping their Fellows with best practices to solve client challenges, Project Leads also conduct training sessions on topics like leveraging Excel, presentation skills, and thinking like a consultant.
