Wood Elementary PTA

Wood PTA did so much this past year — and with your help, we can do even more next year! 💚💛

As we begin planning for 2026–2027, we’re looking for parents, family members, and community supporters to help us continue building fun, meaningful experiences for our Wildcats.

We are not asking you to attend every meeting or volunteer every week. We’re simply asking you to consider joining a committee and sharing your ideas, talents, or time in whatever way works for you.

We need help with:
• Trunk or Treat and other school events
• Launching a Dad’s Club
• Social media and communication
• Fundraising and sponsorships
• Teacher/staff appreciation
• Day-of event volunteers

Even if you can only help with one event a year, there is a place for you in PTA. Every volunteer makes a difference, and fresh ideas and input are exactly what help our school community grow.

Yearbooks will come home today. There are a few extras that are available first come, first served. The price is $40 cash, and they can be purchased at the front office. If you have any questions, please contact Ms. Andrews.

Last week, we honored Nurse Jessica for National Nurse’s Day. We truly value the patience, guidance, and genuine care Nurse Jessica provides to our students, staff, and families. If you want to see a staff member who goes above and beyond for our school community every single day, a quick trip to the nurse’s clinic will tell it all! We are in the best of hands with you, Nurse Jessica, and we are more than happy to celebrate you!
