🎉 **Welcome, Miss Laura!** 💛

We are so excited to officially welcome **Miss Laura** to the team at **Miss Candace’s House Early Learning Center!**

Our opening day is getting closer and closer, and seeing our team come together makes us even more excited for **September 8th!** 🏡✨

Laura is a proud wife and mother who was born and raised here in Washington. She calls Camano Island home, and with all of her children having graduated from Stanwood High School, she has deep roots in the local community.

An animal lover at heart, Laura shares her home with an elderly Great Dane and a cat, though she still dreams of one day adding a Bernese Mountain Dog to the family.

When she’s not working, Laura enjoys crocheting, spending quality time with her family, and embracing her love of all things Winnie the Pooh. She even has a special Pooh Corner in her home! A devoted Disney fan, she happily considers herself a Disney adult.

Over the past year, Laura has been teaching at Gersh Autism Academy in Issaquah. She also brings many years of experience supporting children both on and off the autism spectrum, and she is passionate about helping every child learn, grow, and thrive.

We’re so excited to have her joining our team and can’t wait for our children and families to get to know her. Welcome, Miss Tiffany — we’re so happy you’re here! 🌈💕

"Hi everyone! My name is Tiffany and I’ve been working in childcare for over 5 years. Caring for children is something I truly love, and I feel so lucky to be a part of their childhood, watching them learn, grow, and discover the world around them.
I’m a proud mom to my amazing 15-year-old daughter, whom I adopted when she was just 2 months old. I recently got married, and family is incredibly important to me. I’m also a huge animal lover and have three amazing dogs who are definitely my babies! 🐶❤️
Outside of childcare, I’ve recently gotten into diamond art, which I really enjoy doing in my free time. I also love camping, being outdoors, and spending time with my family and the people I love.
I’m excited to continue doing what I love most—creating a safe, loving, and fun environment where children can learn, grow, and make wonderful childhood memories."

A playful, hands-on preschool experience with a **STEAM focus** — science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics woven into purposeful learning and discovery.

🎉 **THE COUNTDOWN IS ON!** 🎉

Miss Candace’s House Early Learning Center officially opens our doors **SEPTEMBER 8TH!** 🏡✨

After so much planning, dreaming, designing, and preparing, we are SO excited to finally welcome our families into a space created intentionally for children to **learn, play, feel safe, build confidence, and truly belong.** 💛

And families are already claiming their spots!

🌟 **Dainty Daredevils** — our all-day preschool classroom — is filling FAST!

🌙 **Little Lunas** — our infant classroom — features an incredible **1:2 infant ratio**, compared with Washington’s standard 1:4 ratio.

👣 **Wobbly Warriors** — for our almost-walking and newly walking toddlers — has just **now only 5 spaces available!**

🚌 **Junior Adventurers** — our before & after school program — is now serving students in BOTH the **Arlington and Lakewood School Districts!**

At Miss Candace’s House, we believe childcare should be so much more than simply having a place for your child to go while you work.

We’ve created an intentionally small, inclusive, sensory-friendly early learning environment with lower ratios, highly qualified educators, home-style meals, purposeful learning, and lots of room for childhood to still feel like childhood. 💕
