Mandatory Self-Care Monday:
Self-care means taking care of yourself so that you can be mentally and physically healthy. Self-care is part of the answer to how we can all better cope with daily stressors. Individuals often get caught up in their daily lives and forget to provide self-care. It is important to allow time for self-care. Self-care will not look the same for everyone. It can be in any form, as long as it is something you are enjoying.
