Congratulations to Nancy Dávila, an elementary Dual Language Immersion teacher from Prince William County Public Schools who is the 2026 recipient of the Virginia Dual Language Educators Network Dual Language/Immersion Teacher of the Year Award! She was recognized at today's Board of Education meeting.
