🚔 We were busy at IADLEST 2026! 🚔
This year's conference provided incredible opportunities to learn from industry leaders, collaborate with law enforcement professionals from around the world, and explore innovative approaches to training and leadership.
We loved seeing Dr. Galia Cohen, Dept. Head of Public Administration with Tarleton State University, Lt. Caleb Goodman with Grapevine Police Department and Lt. Jacks and Lt. Moosbrugger with Kaufman County Sheriff's Office.
We're bringing home new ideas, stronger partnerships, and renewed energy to support excellence in public safety.

Training Coordinator Ret. Chief Mike Holguin recently represented the Regional Police Academy at the Arlington Police Department Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association meeting, where he shared information about the Academy’s mission, training programs, and the important role volunteers play in developing the next generation of law enforcement professionals.
Our volunteers are invaluable to the Academy, assisting with training exercises, evaluations, and operational support while helping us maintain high-quality training in a fiscally responsible manner.
Thank you to the Arlington Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association for the warm welcome and continued support of law enforcement training and professional development.
