North Texas Colorguard Association The North Texas Colorguard Association (NTCA) was founded in 1993.
The founding members wanted to have a circuit based in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. This particular circuit was aimed at providing a band director friendly environment with education-based competition. Although participation was welcomed by senior and independent classes, the focus of the circuit was toward smaller, scholastic groups wanting to participate at a local level. The growth in North

Scholarships – NTCA The North Texas Colorguard Association (NTCA) awards scholarships based on academic excellence and financial need. NTCA scholarships may be applied toward post-secondary education, trade school, drum corps participation, or indoor performance programs.

Please note: If you are a no-show without communicating prior, or withdrawal not due to a district travel restriction, pull out fees/no show fees may be assessed. Current fees are $100 per unit within 24 hours that will be extended to the show host to help compensate for missed revenue.
