For the first 25 years of the PSOL/ODKM program, "AI" was synonymous with appreciative inquiry or appreciative intelligence. Now, it’s just as likely to bring artificial intelligence to mind. So, what if we combined the two? The planning team for this year's final learning community is diving into this idea.

Join us as we explore the intersection of AI and its implications for knowledge management, organizational development, and change. Alums, you graduated with a commitment to "embrace the ambiguity"; let’s revisit that mindset and see where this journey takes us.

ALL ARE WELCOME! You need not be an alum or have any knowledge of OD, KM, change, or AI (either kind) to attend.

The Planning Team: Suleyma Garcia, Frank Scrivener, Corey Hitt, and Tim Degnan
