The Stratton PTO is an all-volunteer organization with co-presidents, an executive board, many subcommittees, and several teachers who generously give their time to the planning meetings and activities. A large network of volunteers is the foundation of the PTO, and we invite you to join us at any time. Monthly meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month, and everyone is welcome to discuss upcoming activities, school news, and recent events.

Orders can be placed online or via paper form with cash/checks.
*Picture order forms should have been sent home in your child’s backpack.
If ordering with cash or check, please fill out the paper order form (and include payment) and send in to school with your child ON picture day.
To order online, Scan the QR code on the flyer, or go to www.coffeepond.com and click the red banner that says "Order School Portraits & shop our exclusive products"
Parents/caregivers who order online do not need to send anything with their student.

Join us for a friendly and fun kickoff to the school year! Bring a blanket and a picnic dinner to Stratton Elementary blacktop and field to meet new friends, enjoy some entertainment, visit the ice cream truck, and participate in the raffle. See you there!

Our thanks to the Stratton 5th Grade Class of 2026 for the outdoor bulletin board just outside the K blacktop doors. Look for updates here while you're waiting to drop off, pick up, on a playdate.

🎉It's the FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL! 🎉
Welcome back everyone. We know there's a lot of information coming at you for the start of the year, so we'll be brief with some reminders.
- Check the Morning Line-Ups map to make sure you know where to go
- Wednesday is an EARLY RELEASE day. Students are dismissed at 1PM
- K families will have been notified whether their student is coming on Wednesday or Thursday this week
- NO SCHOOL FRIDAY and MONDAY (Labor Day)

🚧 Safe Routes to School Sidewalk Construction 🚧
The sidewalk construction has been proceeding throughout the summer and there are still work locations scattered along the Hemlock/Dickson/Mountain/Wheeler areas.
- Drivers, please use extreme caution as our walking students and caregivers navigate the new walkways and crossings.
- The front loop is for buses only and when parking or stopping to drop off on Mountain Ave, be mindful that the buses need to be able to pass. Remember, Mountain is one-way in the AM, with entry from Overlook Rd
- Do not park or drop off your student in the staff parking lot
- 🚲Cyclists, we have a new bike rack! It is located by the staff parking lot, outside the K classroom windows
