Back in April the Viridian PTA awarded two $500 scholarships, one to a graduating senior from Trinity High School and one from LD Bell High School, who previously attended Viridian Elementary. This was the PTA's first time to offer these scholarships, and we had several wonderful students apply.

This year our recipient from Trinity High School is Jackson Reo, who will be attending The University of Texas at Austin in the fall. Our recipient from LD Bell High School is Jackson Smart, who will be attending the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

On this graduation day, we congratulate all our former Viridian Vipers and wish them the very best in their future endeavors.

Every year the PTA supports field day by renting some of the inflatables/games from Inflatable Party Magic and providing a cold treat for the students and staff. This year we had Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard come out, and it was a big hit!

HEB Reads! Summer Kickoff Party 2026 The HEB Reads! Kickoff Party returns on Saturday, May 16! Kick off a summer filled with reading at Pennington Field (1501 Central Dr.) from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m....

📣 Yearbooks were delivered to the classrooms yesterday morning. It is up to the teachers as to when they will send them home, so please be patient. We appreciate their assistance in getting these out.
