Three individuals, two men and one teen, were arrested by Arlington Police in connection to the May 17 shooting death of 19 year-old Mareon Robertson, better known as Arlington rapper, Grindhard Mack.

According to Arlington PD detectives, it is believed that two of the suspects Joseph Garcia, 17, and James Capps, 45, were inside the vehicle that Robertson entered just prior to the shooting and that they, along with Toby Garcia, 18, intended to rob Robertson.

When Robertson exited the vehicle, Toby Garcia approached him holding a gun and ultimately shot Robertson as he was attempting to get away.

On May 18, APD received a tip that Toby Garcia had been spotted near W. Randol Mill RD & Fielder RD prompting a large police search/response.

After setting up a perimeter and searching the area, APD located Toby Garcia and the other two suspects hiding in a drainage ditch. All three were taken into custody without incident.

All three suspects are currently in Arlington City Jail facing Capital Murder and Evading charges.

Missing Dallas 15-year-old has been found, police say Police said Gabrielle McDonald went missing on April 27. Her mother told WFAA the 15-year-old is currently being treated at a hospital.
