Hello Gym Rat family! I just wanted to let you all know that my husband and I have decided to take a new job in the Dallas TX area and so Gym Rats will be closing down.
I also wanted to thank you all so much for the wonderful years we have been working together. I have truly enjoyed being able to meet you all and work with your athletes. I wish you all the best and please share with your kiddos that I’ll be cheering them on in spirit!

Okay! Not sure if you all know about this but Arlington Fitness has been completely redone and we have new courts and new hoops! I’m thrilled to get back out there with your kiddos. February 1st I will be hosting an open gym style hour. We will be playing pick up games. My little dribblers will be having a class and then free play. Share with your friends and I hope to see yall!

Happy new year! I am so sorry I have been MIA for so long. Lots of traveling, family and now a new job.
Arlington Fitness is getting a new court put in and new basketball hoops! Once that is in I will be available for private sessions and soon will have a class/camp starting up again through the end of the school year.
Hope to see some of my regulars back and some new faces! 🏀
