Meet Ali!
Ali has been part of the 360KIDCare team since November and brings over 20 years of experience working with children with disabilities. Her passion and dedication shine through in the way she supports and encourages every child she works with.

She is a proud mom of four—three boys and one girl—and loves spending her free time doing all kinds of art and heading to the beach!

One of her favorite parts of the job is watching the kids form friendships and grow together. She especially loves leading art projects and helping children express their creativity.

Meet Stephani!

Hi, I’m Stephani, an assistant teacher at 360KIDCare! I’ve been here for almost two years, and it has been such a blessing to watch the kids grow, learn, and thrive. I truly love being a part of their lives and helping support their development each day.

I’m excited to share that I’ll be starting school soon to become an elementary school teacher—continuing my passion for working with children!

When I’m not at the center, I’m at home being a mom and enjoying my hobbies like gardening and bird watching. I love teaching my kids how to grow their own food and helping them learn to identify different plants and wildlife.

Meet Ingrid!
“Hi, my name is Ingrid! I’ve been working at 360KIDCare for three years now. I’ve taken multiple classes in Early Childhood Education, and before working here, I regularly babysat for years.

I love getting to watch the kids learn, grow, and experience new things every day—it’s such a joy to be part of their journey!”

🎉 Fun fact: I used to be a cheerleader, so I love cheering on all our kiddos as they learn and succeed!

Meet our incredible Director, Katie Luckraft!

“Hi, I’m Katie! I’m the Director of 360KIDCare and hold a master’s degree in Literacy Instruction and a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. After six years of teaching first and second grade, I have a strong understanding of what children need as they grow and prepare for kindergarten.
I love working with young children and partnering with families to help each child thrive socially, emotionally, academically, and spiritually. I can’t wait to welcome you and your family to 360KIDCare!”
