Uniform Drop Off is Thursday, June 4, 2026 10am-1pm

Parents, if your children have outgrown their uniforms, you may drop them off at the school from 10am-1pm. You will receive a coupon, and we will note how many uniforms were turned in.

Uniform Exchange is Tuesday, July 7, 2026 10am-1pm

You may then exchange the coupon for the right size uniform. Please remember you are exchanging the uniform with another used uniform.
Please make sure all uniforms are washed and free of holes.

The Newman Gibbins Varsity cheerleaders are hosting a Mini Cheer Camp on Friday June 26th from 8:30 am - 5:30 p.m. at Gibbins Gym.

Cheerleaders in incoming grades PK-8th grade are eligible to register. Campers will work on jumps, tumbling, cheers and chants (NIAG incoming 7th & 8th Graders will receive tryout help for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year tryouts). A short performance to showcase what they learned will be held at 5:30 p.m. for family in friends.

Those who attend the camp will receive a 4th of July Parade shirt and get to walk with Varsity during the Downtown Arlington 4th of July Parade. More details about the parade logistics will be shared at camp.

Today we celebrated our amazing 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students at our Awards Ceremony! What a wonderful day recognizing the hard work, dedication, and accomplishments of our students throughout the school year.

We honored students who earned A Honor Roll, A & B Honor Roll, and Perfect Attendance Awards. These students showed incredible commitment by working hard all four quarters and showing up every single day ready to learn.

We also celebrated students who received the Citizenship Award and Principal’s Award. Only one student from each class was selected for these special honors, making them an extra meaningful achievement!

Our students were also recognized by their specialty classes and received pins from Art, Music, P.E., Technology, and Spanish. Each homeroom teacher also presented special awards to their students, highlighting the unique qualities and growth they have seen all year long.

We are so proud of every student and all they have accomplished this year. Today was truly a beautiful celebration of hard work, perseverance, character, and success!

Tonight was such a special milestone as we celebrated our 6th grade crossover ceremony. This year was extra meaningful because it was the very first crossover held at our Gibbins campus. It gave our students and families the opportunity to walk the halls, see the high school campus, and get excited about the next chapter ahead.

While it is hard to say goodbye to our amazing 6th graders, our hearts are full knowing they will continue their journey in such a wonderful place. We are so proud of each and every one of them and all they have accomplished.

Gibbins is ready for you, and we know you will do incredible things there. Once a Newman student, always a Newman student. 💙🎓
