Children's Day is always celebrated on the last Friday in October as a tradition at our school.
This year our Bright Kids had a blast learning, playing and wearing their costumes.
We learned that apples 🍎 float in water if the container is deep.
Pre-K Children tried to bite apples out of the water with their mouths, but the challenge was too difficult. On the other hand, Toddlers were able to bite and scoop the apples out of the water in their mouths because their containers were not deep.
The children also built structures with pretzels, marshmallows and grapes. Their conclusion was that it was easier to use grapes to build the structures.
They also enjoyed our pumpkin project! Their favorite part was removing the pumpkin seeds with their hands. 🎃
The children said: "This is fun, but sticky".
The kids danced to Halloween songs in their costumes, took photos with their friends and read books about the history of Halloween. It was an extravagant STEAM day! (STEAM: science / technology / engineering / arts / math) day!

Happy Valentine's Day!
Bilingual Kiddie College wishes you a Happy and healthy Day
full of Love 💕 and Happiness.
Last week was BKC's Spirit week. Our bright kids had fun as they learned the meaning of friendship 🤝 and love ❤️ for others such as family and friends.
Last Wednesday was Wacky Wednesday and besides dressing and playing on a wacky day, we also learned and celebrated Kindness Day, to be kind to our friends.
Pre K class made little golden boxes for our secret friends, wrote Valentine's cards and saved all treats they received that day to fill up their friends' boxes.
We celebrated Valentines Day on Friday, and our kiddos were excited to use their work to decorate the table. After our party finished they gave each other their little golden boxes to go home. It was fun and exciting to see the kids exchanging their gifts at our Valentine's celebration.
On Friday, The little ones made Valentine's Cards using hand paint to make flowers 🌺 for
Mom and Dad's cards. They decorated the window with their cards. 🥳

HAPPY NEW YEAR 2021!!
Bilingual Kiddie College wishes you and your families a healthy and Happy New Year for 2021.
Filled with success, prosperity and a healthy tomorrow for all!
Our bright Kids finished the 2020 year with a New Year's Day Party 🎉. Where we colored, counted, reviewed shapes, did multicultural activities and more.
Even though 2020 was a challenging year to learn and teach with the uninvited guest, COVID-19; our pre-school and bright kids did an excellent job and most of them are reading level A books in English and Spanish. They are doing addition and solving math problems using critical thinking to find the right answers.
The toddler class is not far behind and our youngest toddler that is 21 months old is spelling his name in English, Spanish & ASL. Our toddlers 31 and 36 months old have already started the reading journey and they are doing an amazing job!!!
We look forward to continue with our commitment to educate children to be bilingual and successful. We are also welcoming new students. Early registration will start the first week of February.

Our little engineers explore with Magformers, 3D magnetic toy. As they play they naturally understand the underlying geometric of 2D shapes. They also build 3D structures, develop math skills and create. Our bright children let their imaginations take over to build their final project.
