ICA Language Services specializes in foreign language training, testing, materials and test development.
ICA also provides test development, reading/listening/speaking proficiency testing, as well as development of teaching and testing materials. ICA has over 35 years of foreign language training experience in 111 languages & dialects. We specialize in one-on-one and small group personalized language training designed to accelerate an individual’s career through language development. ICA is certified to operate by the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia (SCHEV).
ICA Language Services will be CLOSED Monday, May 25, 2026, for Memorial Day.
