Marymount’s Transfer Peer Mentor Program assists transfer students into the Marymount community by providing an upperclass student as a peer resource. Peer mentors help new students learn more about Marymount, answer questions, plan activities, and help them get connected to their new community. Each peer mentor is assigned sections of DISCOVER 201 in which they attend class sessions to assist the professor. Peer mentors serve as a resource both in and out of the classroom for these students.
