I cannot believe I’ve been selected as one of 10 finalists for the Recording Academy ( ) &the 2026 Music Educator Award!

I was so honored to have been nominated by a parent who saw my work at . This nomination celebrates what I hope to instill in my students and throughout our community: that everyone can and should SING; no matter you’re capabilities, there is a place for you in our CHOIR; singing is a lifelong gift; and there’s enormous joy that has found in the connections made by singing together in harmony.

We are so excited for tomorrow night’s Silent Auction! This fundraiser is ESSENTIAL in supporting our Music Dept. Scholarship Fund, to insure that all students can participate in our Music Dept. activities despite their financial situation. PLEASE support our cause by joining us tomorrow night, enjoying Hard Times Cafe dinner & participating in the auction. If you can’t join us, you can still participate in the auction online!
