Rocky DiRico's School of Kenpo Karate He has achieved the NASKA, N.B.L. and P.K.L #1 world or national ranking over fifty times between 1990 and 2007.
With over 700 first place finishes and 100 grand championship wins, Rocky DiRico is the most successful senior professional competitor in the history of sport karate. In addition, DiRico was KRANE champion from 1988 through 1997 - ten years in a row! All of these achievements were accomplished after the age of 35. Those of us that teach Martial Arts are blessed to be in a position to help make the world a better place by inspiring students (of all ages) to gain the many benefits of consistent Martial Arts practice.

We wish all our members and their families a safe and happy weekend.
Last Sunday (3/6/22) we held black belt testing and promotions🥋
Today (3/13/22) we are hosting a dojo birthday party for one of our students 🎂

The dojo is safer than the grocery store.
It’s more fun too.
We practice social distancing & wear masks.
We have been teaching live classes 6 days per week.
We wear masks and we socially distance.
Sensei Jeremy Kriegel is continuing to teach Zoom classes on Saturdays.
We use encouragement and positive reinforcement to motivate students to reach their full potential🥋
