Congrats to our winners of the Kick-a-thon, raising over $2000 for the Arlington Free Clinic. Tina won for the adults with 2606 kicks in 30 mins and Lucas won for the kids with 1467 kicks in 15 mins … thank you to everyone who supported!

Proud of everyone who represented Pentagon MMA today. From the athletes stepping into the ring, to the coaches in the corner, to the teammates, families, and friends cheering from the sidelines! Everyone played a part in making the day special.
A big shoutout to our first-timers for stepping up and embracing the experience. Today we saw great effort, great attitudes, and plenty of growth from all our athletes.
Thank you to everyone who traveled, supported, volunteered, and brought the positive energy all day long. One of the best things about Pentagon MMA is the community, and today was a great example of that.

Kolton 🥈(warm up for his first Kids Pans. Tough matches against very worthy opponents)
Theo 🥈(fighting growing pains but we are coming back stronger)
Harry 🥉 (here for all the energy and smiles no matter the outcome)
Pippa - No medal but fought 5 hard matches and definitely won the highlight reel with her balloon sweep!
Adults:
Emi 🥇🥇 (her FIRST Jiu Jitsu tournament 🥹🥹)
Jaron 🥇 (first gold and it was great to see)
Roudah 🥇🥈(never satisfied. A competitor and a coach’s dream. Coming for double 🥇 next weekend)
Assia 🥈(switched from an all Gi gameplan to NoGi the day before and still showed out!)
Fiona 🥈(first tournament and will definitely be back to compete very soon)
