Subject: A Message From Heavenly Sounds


Dear Student,

I hope this message finds you in good spirits during this uncertain time in our country and world. The Corona Virus has affected so many of our lives and businesses. Know that Heavenly Sounds is taking your safety very seriously and the implementation of remote teaching was right on time given the climate we are in as COVID-19 takes its course.



Here are some key things you need to know about what we are doing and how this affects your music service:



I am still open to take in person piano/voice appointments. I have ramped up all cleaning and sanitary measures to limit any possibility of the virus spreading in our studio. I am requesting that parents drop students off if an in person lesson is preferred. As an extra precautionary measure, I will no longer have parents sit in the waiting area while students have lessons.
If you are uncomfortable traveling to the studio for your appointment, we can complete your lesson remotely using your phone via FaceTime.
Please contact me 24 hours before your regularly scheduled appointment to let me know if you will come in person for your lesson or have your lesson remotely.
