Rosalie and Juliet were as they presented an engaging educational program for Girl Scouts Love State Parks at Audubon Historic Site! 🌿🦋

During their presentation, they taught Girl Scouts about the importance of protecting and preserving our natural spaces while introducing the principles of Leave No Trace. They shared simple ways everyone can help care for the environment, respect wildlife, and leave outdoor spaces just as beautiful as they found them. 💚🌎

📚 Books for Boots: We need volunteers to help sort and load donated books that will go on to serve our military community and our Junior Boots program.

👕 LOCC: Volunteers are also needed to help sort and organize donated items in preparation for the FREE Military & Foster Family Shopping Day happening the next day, October 8!

This is a great opportunity to lend a hand, work alongside some amazing community organizations, and help turn donated items into resources for local families. ❤️

Aiden and Ryleigh spent their weekend giving back to the community by volunteering with the Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank! They dedicated their time to helping out at the drive-through food distribution event in Gonzales, where they assisted in providing essential groceries to those in need. Their selfless act is truly inspiring and a great example of kindness in action! 🙏🏼💕

Gearing up for the and we are excited to create a meaningful for ! 💙✨

What’s the perfect way to spend a Sunday afternoon ? Mrs.Glover do you remember us was the text received . They had remembered lessons about wetlands taught by our project coordinator nearly a decade ago.
Absolutely remember these kids in 4th and 5th grade now high school seniors . Teaching the children and future coastal stewards about why they should and must care. Sharing our Coastal and Deltaic history. The Louisiana Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority (Skylar) and RoR presented a Coastal 101 class to Beta students from Prairieville High and Middle schools. It was so wonderful to listen as they shared leadership goals to tackle restoring our wetlands. These bright, inquisitive and very caring kids will inherit a vastly different coast and they are up to the task of helping us Restore our Shores.pvhsbeta
