Building Leaders, Inspiring the Future 🐾

At its core, servant leadership is about placing others first, leading by example, and using your platform to lift up those around you.

Through our Jr. Panther Program, our high school student-athletes are putting that philosophy into practice. Each athlete is paired with an elementary student to build meaningful connections, offer mentorship, and serve as positive role models.

Whether it's sharing words of encouragement, listening to their story, or simply spending quality time together, these moments leave a lasting mark on both generations. Our older athletes learn the responsibility of leadership, while our youngest Panthers see firsthand what it means to lead with character, heart, and integrity.

We are so proud of our student-athletes for stepping up to invest in the next generation of Panthers!
