Three newborn things that catch almost every new parent off guard.

That cross-eyed stare? Normal β€” they can only focus a few inches out. The constant "is he hungry again?!" Normal β€” their stomach starts cherry-sized. The breathing that stops and starts while they sleep? Also normal (and also terrifying at 3am).

Knowing what's normal is half the battle. The other half is having someone in your home who's seen it a hundred times and can tell you so β€” while you finally close your eyes.

That's what our team does. Link in bio to connect with us.

"Sorry I'm late, traffic was crazy."

The "traffic" = the blowout right at the door. The diaper bag repacked three times. The car seat clip that fought back. Leaving the house with a newborn is a full expedition, and "20 minutes behind" is the new on time.

But you don't have to do every leg of it solo. With an extra trained set of hands at home, the morning isn't a one-woman scramble. Someone's got the baby while you find your keys, your coffee, and your sanity to get to those many many newborn appointments.

That's the kind of help we place. Link in bio when you're ready for backup.

That's all.

New parent brain: 512 GB of 512 GB used. πŸ˜…

Imposter syndrome, group chat drama, fourteen sleep methods, and a tracking app for every diaper… no wonder there's no room left to just be with your baby.

Consider us your cloud storage. We'll take the night shifts, the worry, and the "is this normal?" googling off your plate. You keep the good stuff.

In a world where you can be anything, be a supporter.
New parents don't need advice from every direction.

They need someone in their corner who shows up, holds the baby, and says you're doing great.

That's the whole job. 🀍

This one hits different in newborn care

Every baby is different. Every family is different. The professionals who thrive in this work aren't the ones who think they know everything β€” they're the ones who stay curious, take feedback gracefully, and show up even when it's uncomfortable.

That's the kind of team we're building at HHLB. 🀍 Link in bio if that sounds like you.

Spoiler: it works. πŸ™Œ

When you're spending your time marketing yourself, chasing leads, and figuring out contracts β€” that's time you're not spending doing the work you love. Aligning with an agency means the clients come to you, vetted and ready.

If you're a newborn care professional who's ready to work smarter, we'd love to talk. Link in bio.

Girl to girl β€” "I've always loved babies" is not a positioning statement.
The families who pay for quality care are looking for someone they can trust the second they read your profile. That comes from your credentials, your recommendations, and the way you carry yourself professionally from the very first interaction.

Every placement is a chance to build something. A letter of rec, a referral, a reputation. That's the long game β€” and it pays off.

It really is that simple β€” and that hard.

Asking for help in the postpartum period doesn't mean you're not capable. It means you understand that recovery, bonding, and showing up for your baby all require you to be taken care of too.

That's what we're here for. Link in bio to learn more about how we support families through the newborn stage.
