Feature Friday! Introducing our PTO Board Members. First up, President Katie Richard.
All About Katie:
Married to Lucas (Arlington class of 2009)
Children: Eli Brecht-Richard - 4th grade, Jacob & Evelyn - 3rd grade,
Ruby - 2nd year Pre-K
Works at Lima Memorial Hospital as the Trauma Program Manager
Joined the PTO to give back to the school and teachers who have given so much to her children and to many students in the community, both past and present. Katie has seen how much love, time, and heart our teachers and staff have poured into our kids, and wanted to be part of giving that same love back. Katie wants to help create fun experiences, special opportunities, and memories that our children will carry with them for years to come. She loves that the PTO gives us a chance to bring parents and teachers together, to build relationships, support one another, and make our school feel like an even stronger community. At the end of the day, she just wants to help make a difference wherever she can and show gratitude to the people who make such a big difference in our children's lives - one thank-you, one memory, and one act of kindness at a time.
