A good reminder! The holidays can be overwhelming, especially if you have a loved one struggling with addiction. With all the busyness, it can be easy to forget to take care of ourselves, and our emotions may become heightened, making it feel like things can spiral out of control very quickly. Make an effort to prioritize self-care; sometimes, taking action on just a few small things can make a significant difference.

So grateful that I was able to attend the Building Community Resilience Conference for Snohomish County. Amazing event, and it was so wonderful to meet so many incredible people in our community!
