On Saturday, May 23, we celebrated a milestone moment as we honored the graduates of Newman International Academy Cedar Hill, Arlington Gibbins, and Vietnam!

From heartfelt memories to exciting new beginnings, the evening was filled with joy, inspiration, and celebration. We also paid tribute to Mrs. Donna Hart for 15 years of faithful service to Newman as she begins her well-deserved retirement journey.

Congratulations to Serenidy M., Cedar Hill Valedictorian, and Andrew E., Arlington Gibbins Valedictorian, for delivering outstanding speeches that encouraged and inspired their fellow graduates.

A special thank you to Dr. Dan Dang with Reap International and Dr. Michael Le of NIA Vietnam for joining us to recognize and congratulate our Vietnam graduates. We are also grateful to Council Woman Maranda Auzenne for sharing an inspiring commencement message for the Class of 2026.

We also want to give a huge shoutout to Mrs. Kelly Magee, our Newman District Academic Counselor and CCMR Coordinator, for helping coordinate every detail of the commencement ceremony and working tirelessly behind the scenes to make this special evening possible. Thank you as well to all of the Newman staff members, administrators, teachers, and volunteers who helped make this event such a meaningful and memorable celebration for our graduates and families.

Congratulations, graduates! Your Newman family is proud of you as you step into your next chapter as warriors of wisdom, stature, and favor.

Yesterday our Newman Graduates, staff, and their families gathered together for a meaningful evening of encouragement, reflection, and celebration during this year’s Baccalaureate service.

Dr. Jones, our NIA Behavioral Counselor Coordinator, shared a powerful and impactful message with graduates and families before students, parents, and Newman staff joined together in a special time of prayer over the Class of 2026. Congratulations to Kenadi P., Salutatorian of Cedar Hill Secondary, and Noah G., Salutatorian of the Arlington Gibbins campus, on their outstanding achievements.

We are proud of the Class of 2026 and look forward to all that lies ahead! 🎓
