MCAI Breads & Pastry students made each item and are now staffing the table. Come out! Amazing pies for $12-$15! Pastries and cookies starting at $2.50. Everything must be eaten! Come out and support the students’ hard work!

Students of MCAI and their instructor Chef Jason created breads and pastries for the Blossom 🌸 Pop-up at .

The students will use this pop-up experience in their business class next week. All proceeds will go to the students.

Come out to Ballston Quarter tonight to meet us and other amazing vendors - the event is open until 7:30pm.

Don’t put your life on hold waiting to one day start culinary school or become the baker you know you can be. If you work a 9–5, choose the evening semester. Free during the day? Attend daytime classes.

We now accept the POST 9/11 GI BILL and VR&E, benefit includes living expenses.

Tour the kitchens, talk goals with admissions, pick your track. Then let the 3½-month or 6 month semester do its thing.

Next semesters start in June. Registration ends April 17. Or check our Fall or 2027 semesters.
