We had an amazing Reunion Jam to pay tribute to our teacher, mentor, and friend, Bill Manglaris. Bill and Sue have done so much for all the kids who have come through El Rey over the years, and we’re so proud of the musicians those kids have become. We’re grateful for this group (as well as those who are separated by geography but with us in spirit!) and honored to keep Bill’s legacy alive with the next generation of students.

We’re excited to host the great Joscho Stephan for his gypsy jazz workshop this September! There is still time to register!

Hi everyone, there will be a workshop in Arlington Heights (Chicago Area) on September 8th. The workshop lasts four hours (2 - 6 pm) and costs 200 dollars. Materials for the workshop will be sent upon receipt of registration. If you would like to participate, please send me an dm and I will send you the registration form.
